Intro

Our client is a global banking and financial services company that offers financial products and services for corporate and institutional clients along with private and business clients.

Function

  • You will be in charge of a portfolio of transversal processes with the objective to ensure compliance to regulations and policies, and optimize Business Processes across functional and organizational boundaries to allow them to operate efficiently
  • The Business Process Analyst will be accountable of the business processes.
  • Ensure efficiency, risk control and adequacy of the business process as well as operation of process life cycle
  • Design & Modeling of process workflows: Analyze, Design and Document Business process
  • Execution – Implementation of processes (project mode): Process deployment, Ensure R&R assignments and Prepare communication/training to relevant stakeholders
  • Report, Monitor & control processes: Adequacy and Risks
  • Structured Continuous Improvement of the processes: Challenge processes efficiency, Ensure Business goals alignment, Manage sponsor expectations, Manage changes

Profile

  • Relevant experience in Banking sector
  • Minimum ⚠ years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of BPMN is a plus
  • Profound knowledge of methods and tools for process modelling
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
  • Capable of working in an autonomic and proactive way
  • Strong communication skills: ability to manage communication depending on the stakeholder & ability to explain complex information in a transparent way
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong office systems skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
