KC Experts has a fantastic career opportunity for a talented sales individual to be responsible for increasing the sales of Communication products within the Endoscopy division, in the BeNeLux area. The main responsibilities are to identify, follow up and successfully deliver communication projects and large capital deals.
The main responsibilities include :
• Mapping and designing a strategy for new Communication opportunities in BeNeLux area; implements and successfully delivers communications projects from awareness phase to delivery and service.
• Be a subject matter expert of the communications to be able to deliver key sessions, for peer colleagues and key customers.
• Drive, support and coordinate ongoing communications projects and deliver training or support where necessary to existing customers
• Works in close contact with local sales representatives and marketing management (product managers) to harvest any opportunity for new projects or renovating projects in Operating Rooms.
• Actively maps the territory and plans a full pipeline for upcoming ⚠-⚠ years on Communication deals
• Focus on ongoing development of training interventions for existing customers and local sales representatives when possible.
• Works closely together with European Communications installation and project management teams to deliver successful projects in the region.
• Build a community of Communications specialist / KOL's in the region to gain inside in market needs and values and translates this into KC Experts opportunities

The candidate can be located anywhere in Benelux
• Demonstrable experience for handling large sales projects and/or capital deal is mandatory
• A working knowledge of the Endoscopy portfolio is preferable
• You are experienced as a Sales specialist, sales manager or high performing representative within medical device, and hospital environment
• You have a strong interest in technology and an ability to learn quickly product that are highly technical and complex
• You are strong hunter and able to build relationship with different customers (Decision Making Units) in a hospital.
• You possess strong influencing and relationships skills, persisting talent, selling successes, and multi-tasking skills. You are a strong problem solver with a positive mindset and are eager to go above and beyond
• You are great team player and have a great Stamina
• Technical or business University degree or equivalent experience (min. ⚠-⚠ years relevant experience)
• Fluency in English, Dutch & French, required
• A working knowledge of the Endoscopy portfolio is preferable
• You are experienced as a Sales specialist, sales manager or high performing representative within medical device, and hospital environment
