Robert Half is currently recruiting a Business Analyst for our client in region Antwerp.

Our client is a leading consultancy firm specializing in providing CFO services.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

• You will conduct thorough analyses focused on cost control and optimization;
• You are responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction across different departments;
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions;
• You'll independently perform in-depth data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, supporting informed decision-making;
• You will develop and implement measurable KPIs to monitor and enhance the performance of various business processes;
• You'll coordinate projects aimed at streamlining operations and improving operational efficiency;
• You are tasked with generating detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to the management team;
• You'll provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You have proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced skills in Excel required;
• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;
• You embrace a hands-on mentality and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• You are able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• You prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of analyses and reports. Manage your workload efficiently to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• You are capable of translating complex analyses and recommendations into a clear and understandable manner;
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a similar field;
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar role within finance.
