Business Controller

We are actively looking for a Business Controller for one of our clients active in the real estate industry and located in Brussels centrum.

Our client financial teams has gone through changing and unstable times last year but has now begun a brand new era full of challenges and projects. This company is now willing to bring a better stability within the financial teams. • Implementation and follow-up of the budget
• Preparation and update of the forecasting
• Establishment of ad-hoc analyze based on demands
• Presentation of analyses and figures to the management
• Implementation of new tools and development of interfaces with the existing tools

• Degree in Finance or Economics is appreciated
• At least 3 years of experience as Business/Finance/Project Controller. Auditors are more than welcomed too !
• IT minded, you are very comfortable with tools and Excel and automize processes
• You are Dutch and/or French-speaking with a good knowledge of English and some notions of French/and or Dutch
• You are known for being someone implicated and willing to do the extra-miles when needed
• You are a communicative and enthusiastic team player. Your colleagues can rely on you when needed
