Functie

You report directly to the General Manager and in dotted line to the Group Controlling Director (based in France).

You will be responsible for leading Financial Planning & Analysis & Controlling activities.

You will be essential in providing: Finance and Accounting Support, accurate financial projections, day-to-day financial perspective s but also strategic advice & guidance to the Belgian Management Team to influence optimal business decisions .

In this role, you’ll be a part of the Belgian Director’s Team

• In collaboration with the Magement Team, you ensure the translation of the strategic objectives into realistic goals and annual budget.
• You ensure transparent management information, including reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), financial analyses, budget control .
• You play an active role in the budgeting , forecasting & business plan.
• You’re fully responsible on month-end & year-end closing process
• You provide ad hoc business analyses with valued insight, challenge business and make recommendations based on data
• By evaluating data, you prepare forecast and analyses trends for P&L forecast
• You use revenue and profitability analytical tools with the objective to support business decisions
• You’re the single point of contacts for the Statutory Audits

  Verbeteringen voorstellen qua organisatie, procedures, middelen, ...
• Bijdragen tot de uitwerking van de interne en externe communicatiestrategie van de klant
  De implementatie ervan begeleiden
• Omschrijven, uitvoeren van en rapporteren over het beleid van duurzame ontwikkeling
• Opleidingen geven en begeleiden bij de teams van de opdrachtgever (organisatie, project, management, methodologie, ...)
• Studies uitvoeren over de organisatie en evolutie van informatiesystemen
  De implementatie ondersteunen
• De klant begeleiden bij de toepassing van de oplossingen
  Adviseren over de organisatie, de methodes en de middelen
• De noden van de klant analyseren
  De doelstellingen en het kader van de interventie bepalen
• De uitvoeringsmodaliteiten van de oplossingen bepalen
  De succesfactoren identificeren
• Een methode of een kwaliteitsactieplan toelichten en uitvoeren (correcties, verbetering, gelijkvormig maken, ...)
