What you can expect

As a business analyst, you will work with various departments in the municipal division to define the technical requirements for IT support for the business processes of these departments, in particular for the introduction of e-file solutions. You will carry out analyses and optimizations of complex and prominent processes while at the same time considering the respective framework conditions and design or model alternative solution concepts. As part of change management, you will support the implementation of the solutions.

You have

  • a career qualification for the third qualification level of the administration and finance career path for the specialist areas of non-technical administrative service and economics or
  • a successfully completed professional examination II or
  • a successfully completed university degree or

and

  • several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in the field of requirements management, the introduction of procedures and in the support of organizational changes
  • proficiency in written and spoken German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

In particular, you will have

  • Specialist knowledge: in requirements elicitation and modeling, in dealing with DMS systems and in change management
  • Result and goal orientation, in particular technical problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills, in particular the ability to present complex relationships in an understandable way

The following are an advantage

  • Confident handling of digitization strategies
  • Knowledge of the DMS of the company Fabasoft
