What you can expect

As a business analyst, you will work with various departments in the municipal division to define the technical requirements for IT support for the business processes of these departments, in particular for the introduction of e-file solutions. You will carry out analyses and optimizations of complex and high-level processes while simultaneously considering the respective framework conditions and design or model alternative solution concepts. As part of change management, you will also support the implementation of the solutions developed.

You have

  • a successfully completed university degree in the field of computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or
  • a successfully completed university degree
    and
  • particularly outstanding specialist knowledge with several years (at least 2 years) of practical experience in the field of requirements management and in accompanying organizational changes

In particular, you bring with you

  • Expert knowledge in requirements elicitation and modeling as well as in dealing with DMS systems and change management
  • Result and goal orientation, in particular technical problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills, especially presentation skills

The following are an advantage

  • Confident handling of digitization strategies
  • Experience in working with the Fabasoft document management system
