In order to reinforce its company growth, a company active in the services is searching for a new Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager to join its offices in Leuven.

In this role you will report directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities as the new Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager will be:

• Align organizational structures and processes of companies or business acquisitions with chosen operational models, either within the group or in consultation with management
• Oversee premises relocation initiatives
• Ensure seamless integration of operational systems
• Harmonize systems, streamline workflows, and boost efficiency
• Strategize the consolidation of products and services
• Enhance training procedures and documentation for effective knowledge transfer to contractors and their staff
• Lead project management efforts to meet objectives
• Provide regular progress updates to the management team and collaborate with them on specific challenges
• Mediate and resolve disputes arising from integration issues
• Serve as a liaison between acquired company teams and the wider Group

About the you:

• You have a Master's degree in Economics
• You are fluent in Dutch and French
• You have a previous experience in managing operations, processes and/or operational projects
• You are able to manage a large temporary volume of work
• You have a talent for information technology
