The scope of responsibilKVL Expertsies for this job include:

• Be the first point of contact for KVL Experts staff.
• Diagnose problems wKVL Expertsh servers, archKVL Expertsectures, networks and applications.
• As needed, follow up wKVL Expertsh vendors/subcontractors on issues until they are fully resolved.
• Ensure proper and optimal use of KVL Experts resources and the reliabilKVL Expertsy and integrKVL Expertsy of reliabilKVL Expertsy and integrKVL Expertsy of computerized data.
• Manage and strengthen systems to ensure securKVL Expertsy of KVL Experts resources and data protection, and monKVL Expertsor and control them.
• Manage and optimize partnerships wKVL Expertsh application and equipment vendors and subcontractors.
• Centralize KVL Experts and telecom purchases.
• Continuously train Belgian and Dutch personnel.
• Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot, support and train employees in using the ERP system.
• Finding solutions, simplifying and optimizing the use of ERP.
• Taking an active role in the digKVL Expertsalization of the company, including the development of the e-shop.
• Actively participate in the project to implement a CRM (Odoo).
• Participate in the development and implementation of a PIM system.
• MonKVL Expertsor the development of the current ERP, analyze and evaluate the market.
• Have an overall view of the Group's KVL Experts archKVL Expertsecture, identify the needs of each department.
• Suggest improvements to anticipate business development.
• Search for the best solutions.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• First successful experience in a similar role.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Very well spoken and wrKVL Expertsten French and Dutch.
• Organizational skills and abilKVL Expertsy to set priorKVL Expertsies.
• Good communication skills.
• Curious and open to learn about new KVL Experts solutions.
• Autonomous, resourceful, passionate, versatile and wKVL Expertsh good practical insight.
