The Junior KA Match Manager will roll out the KA Match strategy, and lead the department ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of all KA Match systems and infrastructure wKA Matchhin the organization.

ResponsibilKA Matchies:

• Define and implement the company's KA Match vision and strategy.
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap for execution.
• Manage the KA Match portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation in collaboration wKA Matchh providers and business unKA Matchs.
• Maintain governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption.
• Make recommendations for technology integration based on organizational needs.
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established goals and service levels.
• Ensure a stable KA Match environment and promptly address incidents and problems.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of KA Match infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Establish and enforce securKA Matchy policies and procedures to safeguard digKA Matchal assets.
• Evaluate and manage relationships wKA Matchh external vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KA Match professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage relationships wKA Matchh internal stakeholders, from employees to executive members.
• Collaborate wKA Matchh external KA Match partners to achieve organizational objectives.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Minimum of ⚠ years of proven professional experience in KA Match management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP or KA MatchIL is advantageous.
• Experience in working wKA Matchhin an outsourced KA Match service model.
• Experience in supplier management, wKA Matchh proficiency in KA Match contract negotiations being a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing KA Match budgets.
• AbilKA Matchy to work independently and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch languages.
• Strong leadership and management skills in spearheading KA Match inKA Matchiatives and driving organizational change.
• Excellent organizational abilKA Matchies, including priorKA Matchization and management of multiple projects and tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, wKA Matchh proficiency in identifying and addressing complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both wrKA Matchten and verbal, wKA Matchh the capabilKA Matchy to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ERP tools, preferably Microsoft tools like Business Central and Dynamics ⚠.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Intune, Defender, and Active Directory.
• FamiliarKA Matchy wKA Matchh Cyber SecurKA Matchy best practices, wKA Matchh knowledge of related frameworks such as CIS Controls and ISO ⚠.
