Functie
Forax is the largest specialist tax-free fuel card provider in Europe if you have diplomatic or military tax-free privileges. For our customer service desk we're looking for a customer service officer with a good knowledge of Italian, in addition to a good knowledge of French and English.
What are your responsibilities in this role?
Handle incoming phone calls in Italian, French & English;
Follow-up of all mailboxes for your countries;
Create new accounts in our systems and monitor exceptions;
Define quota or obtain customs endorsement and do the follow-up on missing of unclear information;
Ensure all customer files are correct and up-to-date;
Timely follow-up on creation and delivery of cards;
Send invoices and specific reports. Active follow-up of overdue customers in line with procedure and proper logging of actions taken;
Initiate or support the process for recovery of excises and/or VAT;
Support our business development department through preparing lists of clients, making appointments, doing the specific follow-up,..
Jouw profiel
You obtained a bachelor degree;
Very good knowledge of Italian, French & English;
Offer a fast and professional service to customers, partners (eg. oil companies, banks, governments) and colleagues, in line with the agreed procedures (GDPR, email,..);
Be accurate, work in a structured way and ensure flawless operations. Go for timely execution;
Take ownership and be a proactive problem solver;
Autonomy, collegiality, availability and demonstrate a respectful behaviour.
