For our client specialised in the design, production and installation of total visual systems and signage solutions for buildings, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator will coordinate the projects, managing the graphic design team, following-up the production and the installation. He will work in close collaboration with the commercial employees and customers to ensure that the total project can be realized on time.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of the projects:

• Management of the graphics team
• Management and follow-up of the installation team
• Follow-up of productions
• Collaboration with customers for the planning and follow up

Management of the process from A to Z.

Management of budgets and costs per project.

Management of any additional works and/or complaints.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player
• Dynamic
• Stress-resistant
• Ambitious
