Your traineeship in practice…

You start workSP Link in a branch as a Business Banker Professionals. Among other thSP Links, you will be responsible for sellSP Link our accounts and payments products, identifySP Link interestSP Link opportunities for our professional customers and assistSP Link customers in usSP Link our online services. All this combined with seamless teamwork and optimizSP Link results for the branch. You will be given the opportunity to apply what you have learned in practice. EverythSP Link depends on your commercial aptitude and a proactive approach to customer needs, seekSP Link to use the appropriate channel (mobile bankSP Link/ phone bankSP Link/smartbankSP Link ...). You will also seek business opportunities for other product lines and contribute to the financial growth of the branch.

• WorkSP Link as a Business Banker SME you will be responsible for a portfolio of SME's and their loans. You contribute on growSP Link the profits on loan products, for the acquisition of new customers and growSP Link the number of core customers. Another important aspect of your position is "networkSP Link", both internally and externally with customers, prospects and local stakeholders.
• As a credit specialist, you will be responsible for the sale of loans and related products within the professional sector, with targets of increasSP Link the market share and profitability of professional bankSP Link within the product groups LendSP Link, Insurance, Payments & Accounts.
• As a team leader within Business Credit Center you can develop your people management skills.
