In this role you will be responsible for the complete financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable and you will independently prepare the monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT declarations and ensure the reporting to the headquarters in Switzerland. In cooperation with the external payroll office, you will look after the personnel administration (6 employees) and ensure that salaries are correctly processed.

You will also enter customer invoices and support the internal sales team with both financial and general commercial issues. Additionally you create various reports for management and sales team and assist with the implementation of administrative tasks.

As our ideal candidate, you have a commercial qualification with further training in finance and several years of experience in a similar position, it's great if you like to work independently and on your own responsibility and numbers are your world.

You enjoy working in a small team where people support each other and working with an ERP system and the usual MS Office programmes (especially Excel) is part of your everyday working life. You speak fluent English in order to ensure optimal internal and external support for all stakeholders and if you also have German language skills, this would be an additional plus.
