With the growing importance of Pan-EU customers (incl. Amazon), increasing pressure from retailers on service efficiency and a dynamic competitive environment - our supply network and physical distribution is very dynamic.

Your job is to support the Europe and Africa Product Supply Team on the one hand to deliver the best service to our customers at the lowest possible cost and on the other hand to be their Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• You understand the physical distribution and supply network of Duracell Europe & Africa (including third party packaging, customization and distribution related activities).
• You are responsible for 'cost to serve' analyses (at customer level, country level, …) in order to identify potential cost savings.
• You support the logistics and customer services team in Heist-Op-Den-Berg to identify cost savings and calculate ROI of investments.
• You support the organization by providing data/analysis to help identify opportunities or support with adhoc analysis of decisions.
• You use your analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and improvements.

Jouw profiel

Qualifications:

• You preferably have a master's degree (Finance, Controlling, Accounting).
• You have experience in financial and cost analysis and financial planning .
• Terms such as GL Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget/Forecast are not unfamiliar to you.
• You have excellent analytical skills and can work in a structured way.
• You are a very good communicator (both verbally as in writting), which helps you to find your way within a multinational and multifunctional environment .
• Do you have experience with BI (WEBI, POWER BI), PBCS/FCCS? Then this is an absolute plus!
• You are fluent in English.

• Een businessplan, een beursintroductie, een overnamebod opstellen voor de leidinggevenden van een organisatie
• Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan makelaars, traders, penningmeesters, ... bij geschillen of bemiddeling
• De waarde van de onderzochte organisatie ramen en conclusies trekken
