Supervisor Parts Supply & Logistics Projects

Mazda Motor Logistics Europe (MLE) is responsible for distributing cars and parts to our European customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. MLE was founded in 1968 and is located in Willebroek, Belgium. On top of its logistics activities, MLE offers financial and IT services to all Mazda's National Sales Companies.

MLE employs over 350 employees, who come from a variety of countries. MLE delivers spare parts directly to over 2300 Dealers and Independent Distributors in more than 30 European countries. Vehicles arrive in the ports of Barcelona, Antwerp and Zeebrugge and are then further distributed to the Dealers all over Europe. At present MLE is implementing plans to respond even faster, sharper and more efficient to the increasing demand of our customers. Therefore, we are regularly looking for new talents.

Accountants are responsible for providing financial data. They prepare financial reports under IFRS as well as local GAAP, generate VAT reports and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.

In this position you have the opportunity to further develop your accounting knowledge while you ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

As junior accountant you will get on the job training in SAP, so that after 1 year you become an SAP expert.

You act as first contact point for one of our European entities. You have a customer service mindset, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. On all the Mazda specific processes and country specific tax regulations you will be trained by the team leaders.

You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Management, or similar.

Given our international character, good knowledge of English is desired. Another European language is a plus, but not a requirement.

You are familiar with common PC applications.

Furthermore, you are accurate, efficient, customer-oriented and a team player.
