Legal Staffing Experts is looking for a motivated Privacy Consultant for her client in Kontich.

Our client is a young, rapidly growing company that offers legal and compliance services and is part of a renowned ICT group. In a constantly changing regulatory landscape, they manage ESG, data protection, information security, and the legal operations of their clients.

Your role

What You'll Be Doing:

• Data Privacy Guru : You'll be the go-to expert on all matters related to data protection. Your job is to ensure our clients' data practices are rock-solid, secure, and compliant with every privacy regulation in town.
• Compliance Whiz : Navigate the labyrinth of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, you name it). You'll keep our clients on the right side of the law.
• Risk Mitigator : Identify potential data privacy risks, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses. Save the day by implementing safeguards.
• Certification Enthusiast : While not mandatory, if you come with certifications (CIPP, CIPM, or anything else with a catchy acronym), you'll earn bonus points!

• Data Protector: You should have an undying passion for data protection and privacy. Knowledge of relevant regulations is crucial.
• Tech Whisperer: Tech doesn't scare you; you understand the digital landscape and can hold your own in tech conversations.
• People Skills: You're not just a data privacy guru; you're a communicator and educator who can charm clients with your knowledge.

• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• De aan nieuwe technologieën verbonden risico's identificeren en beheersen
  Veranderingen aanbevelen
• Informaticateams informeren of opleiden over de technische aspecten (werking, beveiliging, risico's, ...) of het gebruik van nieuwe informatica- en telecommiddelen
• Een integratieproject (implementering) of ontwikkelingsproject van hardware- of softwareoplossingen leiden of begeleiden
• Controleren of het risicobeheer van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming toegepast wordt (beveiliging, vertrouwelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid, ...)
• Maatregelen nemen voor informatiebeveiliging, risicodetectie (malware, cyberaanvallen, ...) en reactie op incidenten
• Ondersteuning bieden bij presales
  Antwoorden op aanbestedingen
  Commerciële voorstellen uitwerken (bedragen, middelen, realisaties, termijnen, ...)
• Technische documenten formaliseren en opstellen (lastenboek, technische specificaties, ...)
• Meewerken aan een audit van informatiesystemen
  Veranderingen aanbevelen
• Meewerken aan de testfase en oplevering van ontwikkelde toepassingen
  Documentatie opstellen
• Het toepassen van de privacywetgeving in de organisatie bewaken
  Het overzicht m.b.t. de verwerking van persoonsgegeven beheren
  Contactpunt zijn voor de privacy commissie
• De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
• Gebruikers, klanten en diensten adviseren en hen technisch ondersteunen
• Indicatoren uitwerken en opvolgen
  Controleren of de normen en standaarden door de informaticateams toegepast worden (analyses, exploitatie, productie, ...)
• Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...)
