Legal Staffing Experts is looking for a motivated Business Analyst Legal Tech for her client in Kontich.

Our client is a young, rapidly growing company that offers legal and compliance services and is part of a renowned ICT group. In a constantly changing regulatory landscape, they manage ESG, data protection, information security, and the legal operations of their clients.

Your role

What You'll Be Doing:

• Requirement Whisperer: You'll gather, document, and manage business requirements for new projects like a pro. Your job isn't just about listening; it's about understanding, translating, and making sure they play nice with our data privacy goals.
• Data Protector: As someone who takes data privacy seriously, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our data handling practices are in line with all those lovely laws and regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and whatnot.
• Communication Guru: You'll be the bridge between our tech-savvy wizards and the non-tech folks. Translating complex data topics into everyday language is kind of your superpower.
• Collaboration Maestro: You'll work with cross-functional teams, making sure they're all on board with our data protection ambitions and that they're not doing anything crazy with the data behind our backs.

• Indicatoren uitwerken en opvolgen
  Controleren of de normen en standaarden door de informaticateams toegepast worden (analyses, exploitatie, productie, ...)
• Informaticateams informeren of opleiden over de technische aspecten (werking, beveiliging, risico's, ...) of het gebruik van nieuwe informatica- en telecommiddelen
• Het toepassen van de privacywetgeving in de organisatie bewaken
  Het overzicht m.b.t. de verwerking van persoonsgegeven beheren
  Contactpunt zijn voor de privacy commissie
• Technische oplossingen uitwerken
  Configuraties of architectuur voorstellen, evalueren en keuzes voorstellen die zijn aangepast aan de functionele behoeften
• Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...)
• De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
• De aan nieuwe technologieën verbonden risico's identificeren en beheersen
  Veranderingen aanbevelen
• Functionele behoeften van de onderneming of de klant analyseren
  De technische eigenschappen van het product bepalen volgens het lastenboek
• Gebruikers, klanten en diensten adviseren en hen technisch ondersteunen
• Maatregelen nemen voor informatiebeveiliging, risicodetectie (malware, cyberaanvallen, ...) en reactie op incidenten
• Ondersteuning bieden bij presales
  Antwoorden op aanbestedingen
  Commerciële voorstellen uitwerken (bedragen, middelen, realisaties, termijnen, ...)
• Technische documenten formaliseren en opstellen (lastenboek, technische specificaties, ...)
• Meewerken aan de testfase en oplevering van ontwikkelde toepassingen
  Documentatie opstellen
• Meewerken aan een audit van informatiesystemen
  Veranderingen aanbevelen
• Controleren of het risicobeheer van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming toegepast wordt (beveiliging, vertrouwelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid, ...)
• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• Een integratieproject (implementering) of ontwikkelingsproject van hardware- of softwareoplossingen leiden of begeleiden
