At Give a Day we do many things, including organizing impact days. We try to encourage companies to do volunteer work as a team at a non-profit. This way, companies can increase their social impact and non-profits receive extra help & donations.

We are looking for a new colleague who wants to help us organize these impact days & connections. You will become the pivotal figure between companies and non-profits. What are you going to do?

  • map the scope of the impact day with the companies
  • find the best matching project partners (non-profits)
  • develop and organize projects for impact days, together with non-profits.
  • find creative solutions & brainstorm ideas
  • be present at the events that you helped to realize and connect with the non-profit and the employees
  • develop a large network in the non-profit world
  • develop a professional, warm relationship with companies and non-profits
  • guide companies in the implementation of the corporate volunteering match platform

Profile

  • You like to take initiative
  • You are easy to talk to and are enthousiastic
  • You have (a lot or a little, preferably medior or senior) experience in project management and/or event management
  • You are structured
  • You can think out of the box
  • You can work well independently
  • You have a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • You have a great affinity with the non-profit sector
  • You are not afraid to call
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English (both oral and written)
  • You have at least a master's degree or equivalent through experience

  • Bestellingen registreren
    Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze, ...)

  • De betaling van bestellingen opvolgen (voorwaarden, facturatie, ...) of overmaken aan de betreffende dienst (boekhouding, juridische zaken, ...)
  • Kostenramingen opstellen
    Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...)
  • Telefonische oproepen ontvangen
    Klanten informeren (opvolging van de bestelling, informatie, ...)
