German speaking administrative assistant
Robert Half is looking for a German speaking administrative assistant (M/F/X) for a company located in Diegem (near the train station).
Our client operates in the automation sector. This growing company is currently seeking a full-time German speaking sales support to strengthen their sales team.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Handle incoming emails / support requests from partners, training centres, scientific partners and members
- Maintaining databases of the above communities, i.e. confirming updated applications, approving new applications and the corresponding administration.
- General administrative tasks
- Occasional translation work
The required qualifications for the this position are:
* Proficiency in English and German languages;
* Accuracy, integrity, flexibility, and a strong team player mindset;
* Proficiency in Excel.
