Robert Half is currently recruiting an ESG-Reporting Manager for our client in Kontich.

Our client is a family-owned production company.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

• Lead the preparation of compliant CSRD reporting at group level.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Support portfolio companies and contribute to Our Company's sustainability strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG reporting throughout our portfolio.
• Define, collect, and analyze data to measure performance on material ESG topics.
• Lead UNPRI yearly reporting and act as the primary point of contact for ESG reporting queries.
• Develop and maintain ESG data systems and reporting tools.
• Participate in completing ESG questionnaires and translate data into actionable insights.
• Stay updated on upcoming ESG-related regulations.
• Consolidate data and create reports on CSRD performance measurement.
• Work with the financial reporting team and external auditors in the annual report process.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong reporting and project management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and ESG integration.
• Enjoy engaging with stakeholders on financial and non-financial topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
