Robert Half is currently recruiting a Consultant to join our client in Antwerp.

Our client is a strategic Procurement firm, focuses on forward-thinking strategies, innovative ideas, client and vendor engagement, deal shaping, and leveraging cutting-edge digital tools to drive positive impact.

As a Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Analyze supply markets to identify key actors, drivers, trends, and opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Develop innovative improvement ideas, draft plans, and create business cases.
• Assist suppliers in crafting tailored proposals that generate mutual value.
• Negotiate with all stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Implement savings initiatives to achieve impactful results.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a degree in Business/Economics or a related field.
• Possess 2-6 years of experience, preferably in Finance or Analyst roles.
• Are analytical, proficient in data interpretation and analysis in Excel, and comfortable with large datasets.
• Enjoy business partnering, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Are results-oriented, motivated by achieving impactful outcomes.
• Are proficient in either Dutch, French, or German and fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
