My name is Allan, manager at Fed Finance, and I am looking for an accountant for my client, a group in the real estate sector.
This is a permanent position in Liège

Role at accounting level:
- Carry out bookkeeping and month ends (full cycle) for the main company and some related companies
- Produce journal entries
- Produce various account analyzes
- Participate in the preparation of end-of-year files
- Participate in and monitor the budget process
- Commercial and residential leases:
- Updating and maintaining commercial leases
- Updating price lists
- Validate monthly invoicing for commercial customers
- Produce analyzes to distribute common costs and bill annual adjustments
- Prepare operating cost tables
- Other one-off tasks at the request of the controller

Job requirements:
- The desired candidate must be proactive, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, resourceful and have a good team spirit;
- The candidate must have a great ability to manage priorities, organize their work and be versatile;
-Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Work experience in the construction or property management sector an asset;
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- English AND French are essential, Dutch is a BIG plus

WE OFFER :
