We are looking for an HR & Administration Officer for our client in the banking sector.   • Review and propose any changes to human resources and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prevention advisor, responsible for employee prevention in coordination with the Senior HR Officer
  • Integration coordination, in close collaboration with the Senior HR Officer, integration of new arrivals from an IT and infrastructure perspective.
  • Answer any questions employees may have.
  • Manage internal events and employee gifts.
  • Coordination of the company car fleet and cell phones
  • Follow-up of administrative and human resources tasks in collaboration with the HR Senior Officer
  • Management of internal communications
  • General administrative tasks and projects related to office operations and management, in close collaboration with management and the entire HR and administrative team.
  • Manage all aspects of the office and ensure it is fit for purpose - dealing with contractors, office deliveries, routine maintenance of office cleanliness, etc.
  • Liaise with the IT support team to resolve any IT issues and when devices need to be ordered (including laptops and remote devices where appropriate).
  • Ensure that external customers and visitors receive a warm welcome.
  • coordinate invoice processing and payment
  • manage the Bank's postage by scanning all incoming mail and sending it to the appropriate departments, printing and mailing bank statements, managing all registered letters, etc.
  • Other duties may be determined from time to time by the Senior Manager - HR, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief People Officer

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR & Administration Officer or similar position preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French

  • Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Pensioen en groepsverzekering
  • Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
    De wettelijke aangifte indienen
