• You create content and strategic concepts for change support for the top management of the Cash division.
• You will also be involved in the further development of the agile organization within the division.
• You will take on various roles in agile teams (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) as part of change processes.
• You support team members in their personal and professional development.
• You will also structure, coordinate and take on the technical management of cash-related IT and/or organizational projects.

Special values: Your qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. economics, business psychology or business law)
• Very good knowledge of agile approaches and methods in project management and leadership environment; certification desirable
• Very good knowledge of organizational development and agile transformation
• Knowledge of the tasks (especially in the cash area) and the organization of the Deutsche Bundesbank as well as in the ESCB environment
• Experience in project management or project leadership with IT and/or organizational reference, experience in the application of agile approaches and methods as well as experience in the public sector are desirable
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and present complex issues to the right audience, even under tight deadlines
• Independent way of working with a strong focus on solutions
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

We expect you to be willing to undergo a security check in accordance with the German Federal Security Check Act (SÜG).
