Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for a FP&A Analyst for a permanent position based in Zaventem.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the pharmaceutical sector.

As FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for:

Drive International Financial Analysis

• Analysis of Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating expenses;
• Proactively working with the stakeholders to ensure meeting financial objectives ;
• Support the execution of strategic & tactical plans for the region;
• Develop, track and analyze key leading indicators and performance metrics;

Ownership of annual budget & quarterly forecasts:

• Working with Senior leaders to prepare accurate, credible and financially sound budget;
• Preparing quarterly forecasts at the right level of detail and ensure proper system load;
• During quarter-end, provide a laser-focused P&L landing estimate;
• Challenging Business Partners to ensure accuracy of the forecast and proactively mitigate risks;

Support the International FP&A team with:

• Consolidation of all International numbers;
• Regional analysis of Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating expenses;
• Develop and provide regional / divisional profitability reporting including unit, ASP and gross margin analysis;
• Assist Senior FP&A Director and FP&A Director with various Business reviews & Finance cycles;
• Knowledge sharing;
• Process improvement;
• Constantly challenging status quo to drive the FP&A team closer to "being best in class business partner" goal;
• Cross training and holiday cover for other team members.

The required profile for the FP&A Analyst position:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Fluency in English is essential if English is not a first language;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• A good working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Planning, Oracle and associated applications would be an advantage;
• Be able manage and prioritize their own workload;
• Be able to travel a couple of days per quarter;
• Possess excellent organizational ability;
• Work in a global international matrix structure across & develop excellent working relationships across the entire organization;
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives;
• Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results;
• Establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
