As a Project Consultant at Captains of Finance, you get the chance to get a taste of the business world without committing.

For 1.5 years, you will gain broad experience in different functions and projects. With the help of personal coaching, you'll deepen your interests and build on your strengths.

GO YOUR OWN WAY

We adapt your Academy track to your personal experiences and preferences on the go. Want to dive a little deeper into a project? Then maybe you'll stay there a little longer. Want as much variety in as many companies as possible? That is also possible. The figures above are therefore indications of a typical trajectory. We have a check-in moment every two weeks and an evaluation meeting every few months. Based on all the experiences and insights you gain, we help you decide after 1.5 years in which direction you want to continue.

At Captains of Finance, you will immediately start working as a consultant. You get a taste of different financial positions in a variety of companies and sectors, without having to commit. This way, you'll discover opportunities you may not have known about before.

Thanks to regular contact moments, evaluations and training at our Finance Academy, you will quickly gain a deeper insight into your personal and professional competencies.

• You have a master or bachelor degree in economics or finance.
• You are flexible, dynamic and customer-oriented.
• You have excellent communication skills and are easy to get along with.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English.
