Compensation & Benefits Manager

Functie

  • Report to the corporate reward manager and lead global compensation & benefits projects.
  • Support and partner with local HR managers to manage, consult and resolve compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze, recommend, elaborate, and implement changes in reward systems and policies (car policy, bonus, base, benefits...), considering legal requirements and fiscal and cost optimization.
  • Oversee the global share plan and monitor and expand the Belgian flexible compensation & benefits plan.
  • Maintain job descriptions and multiple job grading systems that are currently used worldwide across different populations, ensuring their accurate and appropriate implementation.
  • Improve, implement, coordinate, and communicate the multi-country merit and bonus process.
  • Manage individual international mobility files comprehensively.
  • Lead or participate in diverse reward, general HR, or HR digitalization projects.
  • Assist during personnel budget discussions and in collective labor agreement preparations.
  • Prepare information and ensure communication to HR, management and employees regarding compensation & benefits related topics.

Jouw profiel

  • You have a proven track record in compensation & benefits management, preferably in an international setting.
  • You have good knowledge of taxes and social security.
  • You have excellent communication and intersocial skills.
  • You like working autonomously and at the same time, you're a real team player.
  • You have professional knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
