Financial Controller

We are actively looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients active in the Private Equity sector and located in Brussels centrum.

This structure invests in leading companies allowing them to develop their environmental, social and governance. With 60 collaborators, their headquarters are based in Brussels and they also have a presence in 7 other European countries.

Because of its rapid growth, our client is now looking for its first Financial Controller to take over all internal control processes. As Financial Controller, you will oversee the consolidation for 7 entities and provide strategic financial guidance.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements
• Implement a reporting procedure
• Provide insights into financial performance and tendencies
• Conduct reviews to identify potential financial risks and opportunities
• Lead the consolidation process
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts and play a key role in Financial Planning
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit

• Master's degree in Finance, Sciences Management or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in Audit or Financial Controlling
• Fluent in French & English
• You have great organizational skills and a good deadline management
• You are reliable and analytical
• You have a can-do attitude
