Functie

D’ARTA decided to start with the implementation of SAP as a new ERP-system. You will be able to join this project from the beginning and guide our business through this interesting journey. Together with the project manager and the other IT colleagues you will be the glue between our Business Processes and the system.

• You will become our business expert in the domains finance and sales.
• You will be responsible for the master data sub project.
• You will take care of the authorizations.
• You will work closely together with all key users to understand their needs and implement these requirements into the system.
• Your career at d’Arta will start with the implementation of our SAP project through the complete group.
• You are into the projects from start to end and you take care of a good operational support of all implemented processes.
• You are in close contact with our suppliers and you take care about service towards our customers and our business.
• Your goal is to standardise and to support the implementation of the processes within the group.

You will report directly to the IT Director.

• Gebruikers begeleiden of opleiden over de nieuwe vakprocessen en toepassingen
• Samen met informatici een softwarepakket kiezen en een werkwijze aanbevelen voor de toepassing in de onderneming (ontwerp, ontwikkeling, uitrol)
• Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen
  Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
• Controleren of de gebruikers de informatiesystemen gelijkvormig gebruiken (regels, procedures, ...)
• Gegevensdragers opstellen voor informatiedoorstroming of opleiding en deze doorgeven aan de betrokken personen
• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• De architectuur van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming analyseren
• Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren
  Vakprocessen analyseren
  Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
• De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
• Strategische keuzes voor de evolutie van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming bepalen en aanbevelen
• Lastenboeken en functionele en algemene specificaties uitwerken, bijwerken en aan de opdrachtgever overmaken
• Functionele tests van de ontwikkelde toepassingen uitvoeren en opvolgen
• Overgaan tot het uitvoeren van functionele en technische verbeteringen
  De applicatie uitrollen (parametrering, opvolging, ...)
