AP Accountant

We are actively looking for an AP Accountant for one of our clients active in the FMCG industry and located in Brussels outskirts.

• Responsible for processing of non-PO and PO invoices
• Process expense notes
• Prepare payments
• First point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations, monthly closing and reporting to management
• Publish AP aging report on a monthly basis
• Responsible for audit requests related to accounts payable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least a first experience in AP accounting
• You speak Dutch and/or French and English fluently
• You are very comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
• You are an on-the-field person. You are not afraid to approach your colleagues to ask questions and get the information needed
• Your time management and organizational skills are your biggest assets
