Customer Service Officer IT-ENG-FR

Functie

Forax is the largest specialist tax-free fuel card provider in Europe if you have diplomatic or military tax-free privileges. For our customer service desk we're looking for a customer service officer with a good knowledge of Italian, in addition to a good knowledge of French and English.

What are your responsibilities in this role?

  • Handle incoming phone calls in Italian, French & English;

  • Follow-up of all mailboxes for your countries;

  • Create new accounts in our systems and monitor exceptions;

  • Define quota or obtain customs endorsement and do the follow-up on missing of unclear information;

  • Ensure all customer files are correct and up-to-date;

  • Timely follow-up on creation and delivery of cards;

  • Send invoices and specific reports. Active follow-up of overdue customers in line with procedure and proper logging of actions taken;

  • Initiate or support the process for recovery of excises and/or VAT;

  • Support our business development department through preparing lists of clients, making appointments, doing the specific follow-up,..

Jouw profiel

  • You obtained a bachelor degree;

  • Very good knowledge of Italian, French & English;

  • Offer a fast and professional service to customers, partners (eg. oil companies, banks, governments) and colleagues, in line with the agreed procedures (GDPR, email,..);

  • Be accurate, work in a structured way and ensure flawless operations. Go for timely execution;

  • Take ownership and be a proactive problem solver;

  • Autonomy, collegiality, availability and demonstrate a respectful behaviour.

  • De betaling van bestellingen opvolgen (voorwaarden, facturatie, ...) of overmaken aan de betreffende dienst (boekhouding, juridische zaken, ...)
