This company is embarking on an ambitious journey of growth and transformation. To facilitate this, they have initiated Project Rubix to implement a Commercial Planning Process and Platform across all 13 markets. The objective of this highly visible and complex change management project is to unlock commercial value through process and platform standardization, trade spend & promotion optimization, and improved commercial decision-making.

As a Master Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team and reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager and Sales Director in Brussels. Your responsibilities include:

• Reinforcing processes and ways of working within the sales team to ensure system accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems related to demand, revenue growth management, and finance.
• Inputting complex data provided by markets into the system, both manually and systematically, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Performing testing on systems and supporting the project team to ensure comprehensive coverage of system changes, becoming a system expert to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Taking ownership of reporting linked to the project, ensuring regular updates and distribution to key stakeholders.

The profile as Master Data Officer:

• Master's degree in a business/economic related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and project teams.
• Organized with excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of Trade Promo Management systems is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language; proficiency in other national languages is advantageous.
