As a Project Manager , you are the pivot between the strategic and operational level of the company. You'll work together with the Business and IT teams on different levels to ensure the different milestones are properly defined, scoped, budgeted and scheduled and the resources are employed efficiently.
You will play a key role as you are responsible for ensuring consistent and common processes are in place, as well as helping to establish a culture of continuous improvement within the business.

Jouw profiel

To strengthen our team, we are looking for talented consultants with a Positive Mindset! You hold a Master's degree and have between 3 and 8 years of professional experience in a similar role. You can work in a fast-paced and agile environment and are experienced in leading and influencing teams. Developed analytical skills are required as well as strong verbal and written communication in Dutch, French and English.

Having a previous experience in consultancy is an asset as well as owning one or more Project Management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, etc.).

• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• Omschrijven, uitvoeren van en rapporteren over het beleid van duurzame ontwikkeling
• Bijdragen tot de uitwerking van de interne en externe communicatiestrategie van de klant
  De implementatie ervan begeleiden
• Studies uitvoeren over de organisatie en evolutie van informatiesystemen
  De implementatie ondersteunen
• Een methode of een kwaliteitsactieplan toelichten en uitvoeren (correcties, verbetering, gelijkvormig maken, ...)
• De uitvoeringsmodaliteiten van de oplossingen bepalen
  De succesfactoren identificeren
• Opleidingen geven en begeleiden bij de teams van de opdrachtgever (organisatie, project, management, methodologie, ...)
• De klant begeleiden bij de toepassing van de oplossingen
  Adviseren over de organisatie, de methodes en de middelen
• De klant oplossingen voorstellen
  Verbeteringen voorstellen qua organisatie, procedures, middelen, ...
• De noden van de klant analyseren
  De doelstellingen en het kader van de interventie bepalen
