Business Controller

We are actively looking for a Business Controller for one of our clients active in the manufacturing industry and located in the Hainaut.

Our client is today willing to integrate a Business Controller to be in charge of all financial matters for Belgium. You will lead and motivate the finance team daily tasks while maintaining a close collaboration with the group (based in the US) and other European entities.

• In charge of handling the translation of financial data in US GAAP for the Group
• Ensure monthly reporting and prepare financial statements
• Prepare and follow-up the budget and forecasting
• Treasury and cash flow management
• Prepare ad hoc analysis based on demands
• Participate actively during monthly closings
• Back up of the Financial team when needed

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in French and English
• You have already worked with US GAAP in the past
• You are able to work in a family environment. You are down-to-earth and willing to get down to business
