Voor onze site in Heist-op-den-Berg zij we momenteel op zoek naar een:

Maintenace Manager (Vroeg en Laat)

Doel van de functie:

De Maintenance Manager geeft leiding aan de Facility Management afdeling, bevordert zo een positieve werkcultuur, en behaalt de doelstellingen.

Hoofdactiviteiten:

Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt en motiveren van een Team van een 15-tal Techniekers;
Opstellen van duidelijke doelen en taken verdelen;
Ondersteuning bieden aan technici bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en het Team ontwikkelen;
Waarborgen van operationele prestaties en optimaliseren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
Ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve onderhoudsstrategieën;
Stimuleren van veiligheids- en milieucultuur en naleving van voorschriften;
Faciliteren van procesverbeteringen en administratieve taken vervullen.

Jouw Profiel:

Bachelor's Degree in een technische richting;
Gedegen leiderschapsvaardigheden;
Kwaliteitsbewustzijn;
Proactieve mindset.
