The IT department of the city of Ochtrup is the central service provider for the organizational units of the city administration and schools in the city. To strengthen our team in the department, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

IT specialist (m/f/d)
specializing in system integration

The following areas of work await you:

• Installation and configuration of decentralized infrastructure (e.g. PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Processing fault reports in 1st and 2nd level support
• Creating, adapting and updating IT documentation
• Support and maintenance of specialist, office and web applications
• Configuration and support of central IT services (e.g. directory services, data backup, document management system, file storage)
• Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory user administration)
• Support for setting up telephone systems, telephones or mobile devices

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or have a comparable qualification.
• You have basic knowledge of infrastructural basic services such as DNS and DHCP or IP networks.
• You have extensive specialist knowledge of hardware and software as well as in-depth knowledge of the Windows environment (server, client)
• You are confident with the common decentralized infrastructure components
• You have analytical and conceptual skills in complex troubleshooting
• You have a class B driving license
• Communication and coordination skills, commitment, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to provide service round off your profile.
