Work of special value: Your commitment with us

  • You will be actively involved in our diverse IT areas, from infrastructure to application development and product integration to operations, giving you the ideal introduction to our IT department
  • You will expand and deepen your IT knowledge and experience through your practical work in the various departments
  • You will gain insights into other areas of responsibility at the Bundesbank during training courses lasting several weeks, which take place in the Rhine-Main region
  • These will be deepened during your assignments in business areas outside IT and in our head offices

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) computer science or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT; the degree must be completed by the date of employment at the latest
  • Good knowledge of application development, IT infrastructures and product integration as well as an interest in new technologies
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills
  • Strong team orientation and personal responsibility as well as openness to innovative, agile working methods
  • Very good knowledge of German (language level at least C1)
  • Good written and spoken English skills

Remuneration & prospects

Future-oriented job in the public sector with reliable working conditions, international working environment, varied tasks, targeted training, extensive further training opportunities, gross monthly salary of € 3,850, permanent employment after successful completion of the trainee program, remuneration based on the TVöD on the basis of pay group E 10, plus bank bonus
