Responsibilities

• Accurate and meticulous encoding of financial transactions to ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
• Management of accounts payable, particularly handling a large volume of invoices ensuring their efficient and timely processing.
• Supervision of accounts receivable, although the number of clients is limited, with a focus on managing large financial amounts associated with our major projects.
• Execution of various payments via the ISABEL system, ensuring secure and efficient management of financial transactions.
• Proactive management of email communications, responding professionally and promptly to internal and external queries.

Profile

• At least ⚠ years of experience in the field of accounting.
• Ambition and desire for rapid professional growth, with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and acquire new skills in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. The ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial in this international and multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to positively contribute to achieving collective goals.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes, as well as to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
