Our client is a global vaccine research, development and production company, that employs over ⚠,⚠ people worldwide, of which ⚠,⚠ in its three Belgian sites: Rixensart, Wavre and Gembloux.


⚠) Act as project manager to support the transition to new financial auditors (PMO role)

⚠) Analyse risks and controls in the local processes (T&E, GoA, payroll, etc.) on the Vx sites (and benchmark to reach standardisation)

⚠) Update local policies with the impact of updated global standards (T&E and GoA) in Vaccines Belgium (and little coordination with local Vx sites)

⚠) Coordinate mitigation activities for Information Protection & Privacy and ABAC in Vx Finance

Project Management comprises an array of activities that lead to the successful completion of a project. It includes but is not limited to:

  • Initialisation and planning of project phases
  • Development of the project cost structure
  • Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
  • Application of project management processes and tools
  • Project management is accomplished by the application of proven processes and tools with the goal of ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality services and/or solutions which meet client requirements. On a more advanced level, project management ensures that several projects are connected for technical or functional reasons.

  • Ability to direct large projects, manage different project phases and coordinate project team.
  • Responsibility for complex projects and assistance to project management and client.
  • Responsible for obtaining optimal results on completion of project achieving quality,
  • performance, cost and scheduling requirements required in the specifications.
  • Has specialized technical or practical expertise in one or more areas and knowledge of project management software and method.
  • Manages project team
  • Manages relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Manage the project (Follow up and Deployment)
  • Control the Project to deliver on time
  • Manage Potential changes during the life of the project
  • Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements
  • Demonstrates competency in project management software and methods (PRINCE II, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent project management and Analytical skills
  • Experience in project management disciplines( project management skills/ methods and
  • planning)
  • Knowledge of RD Team production and c GMP regulations and guidelines
  • Soft skills:
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
