Scope of the job:

W&F Match Treasurer has a central position and works in close cooperation with the entire Group. Primary contact with CFO, Group Consolidation Reporting Manager on treasury related matters.

W&F Match Treasurer takes care of planning and management of incoming and outgoing cash flows in accordance with treasury regulations, treasury policy, financial accounting principles and statutory rules and advises management on the financing strategies.

An international manufacturing company based in Limburg is looking for a self-employed Group Treasurer as Interim Manager (m/f) for a mission of approximatively ⚠ months.

Key responsabilities will include:

• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment and IC funding
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Manage daily cash balances and trading in the financial markets
• Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
• Maintain banking relationships
• Arrange for equity and debt financing
• Manage Group insurance contracts
• Make presentations to senior management on treasury related matters
• Planning and Organising

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate has a strong experience as Group Treasurer in an international manufacturing company and is familiar with international reporting standards. Are you also perfectly fluent in English ? This is the role for you. Dutch is certainly a plus.
