The offices of our client are based in Sint-Niklaas.

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

• Provide the location overall Financial Reporting
• Provide Analytical Support
• Support/Lead the Month-end Closing activities
• Compiling monthly/quarterly/full year forecast
• Budget Preparation & Analysis
• Maintaining Financial History Reports
• Making of Statutory Accounts and Tax Declaration
• Support Sales Team in relation to Finance and Leasing Projects
• Manage External and Internal Audits (including Sarbanes Oxley)
• Supervise SSC activities and output
• Ad Hoc Projects (ERP, Business Improvements, Acquisitions, other)

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Master degree in Economics or Finance
• At least ⚠ years of experience with International Manufacturing Company or Big Auditing Firm
• Fluent knowledge in Dutch and English. Additional language skills are an advantage
• Familiar with and interested in IT & Information Systems (MS Office/ERP)
• Sound knowledge of General Accounting and Belgian Statutory Accounting
• Good people management skills and the willingness to develop these skills further, with the capacity to develop into a supervisory roll
• Ability to communicate within a team environment
• Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels
• Hands-on approach and solutions oriented mind
